Assorted egg fried rice
Ingredients
- Three-colored vegetables (corn, peas, carrots)
- sausage
- egg
- rice
- Soybean oil
Steps
- 1. Add 75g of soybean oil to the pot and scramble 250g of egg liquid into egg slices;
- 2. Add 150g of three-color mixed vegetables and 100g of diced sausages and stir-fry to bring out the fragrance;
- 3. Add 1500g of rice and 8g of salt and stir-fry evenly.
