- Congee rice
- Rice
- Sticky rice
- Madou or green beans
- Alkaline powder
Steps
- 1. Put 8500g of water into the stainless steel drum and boil over high heat;
- 2. Wash 100g glutinous rice, 80g rice, 320g porridge, and 100g mahjong (mung beans), put it in water and bring to a boil, then add 3g alkali powder and stir well;
- 3. Cook it for 40 minutes and then produce it.
