  • Congee rice

  • Sticky rice
  • Madou or green beans
  • Alkaline powder

Steps

  • 1. Put 8500g of water into the stainless steel drum and boil over high heat;
  • 2. Wash 100g glutinous rice, 80g rice, 320g porridge, and 100g mahjong (mung beans), put it in water and bring to a boil, then add 3g alkali powder and stir well;
