Steps
1. Take 800g celery, 400g peanuts, 30g red pepper, put it in boiling water and blanch it for 1 minute and remove it;
2. Blanch the side dishes in pure water and set aside;
3. Add 6g salt, 6g chicken essence and 30g sesame oil to the cooled celery, peanuts and red peppers and stir-fry to produce.
