Steps
- 1. Mix 500g flour, 650g water, 250g egg liquid, 50g chopped green onion, and 16g salt to make a batter;
- 2. Scoop 2 spoons (150g) of batter in the middle of the electric baking pan and spread it evenly into a circle;
- 3. Fry until the side is slightly yellow (about 2 minutes), then turn over and fry to make slightly yellow (about 2 minutes).
