Farmer Fried Meat (dried egg version)
## Raw materials
- Meat slices (meat in front, pork belly)
- Screw pepper
- Dried eggs
- Salt
- Garlic
- Soybean oil

Steps
- 1. Stir-fry 800g meat slices with 60g soybean oil until the oil exudes;
- 2. Add 60g of garlic and stir-fry together;
- 3. Add 150g seasoning and stir-fry until the meat is colored and set aside;
- 4. Heat 60g of soybean oil, add 940g of screw pepper and 6g of salt and stir-fry; add 100g of dried eggs and stir-fry the meat slices over high heat and stir-fry it out of the pan.
