Farmer Fried Pork (Yuer Version)
Ingredients
- Meat slices (pork belly, front meat)
- Screw pepper
- Yuer
- Salt
- Garlic
- Soybean oil

Steps
- 1. Stir-fry 800g meat slices with 60g soybean oil until the oil exudes;
- 2. Add 60g of garlic and stir-fry together;
- 3. Add 150g of stir-fried meat sauce and stir-fry until the meat is colored and set aside;
- 4. Fry 940g of screw pepper with 60g soybean oil and 6g salt until the peppers are broken;
- 5. Add stir-fried slices of meat and 250g of jade ears and stir-fry over high heat for 3 minutes to produce.
