Feixi Laoheen Noodle Soup
Ingredients
- Fresh noodle
- Chicken shredded
- Egg skin

Steps
- 1. Use 2g of salt to rub the chicken's skin evenly and refrigerate for 20 minutes;
- 2. Add 16g salt, 60g chicken oil, 2500g water for every 500g of old hen, simmer for 60 minutes;
- 3. Cook 130g of fresh noodles and 25g of green vegetables in boiling water for 2 minutes;
- 4. Scoop 350g of old chicken soup into a noodle bowl and add the cooked noodles and side dishes;
- 5. Place 60g of shredded chicken, 25g of green vegetables and 20g of egg skin on the noodles in turn, and sprinkle with 5g of scallion to produce.
