Steps

  • 1. Use 2g of salt for every 1 chicken to rub the chicken's skin evenly, and refrigerate for 20 minutes after treatment;
  • 2. Add 1 chicken, 75g chicken oil, 5500g Nongfu Spring Water to the pot and simmer for 20 minutes (according to the size of the chicken, the seasonings should be moderately increased or decreased);
  • 3. Take out the Feixi old hen and cool it to room temperature, and chop it into 1.0cm×2.0cm×3.0cm;
  • 4. Put the chopped chicken pieces into the soup, add 35g of salt and simmer for 15 minutes;
  • 5. Remove the foam before production.
