Steps

  • 1. Pour 120g of soybean oil into the pot and heat it to 160℃, fry 500g of egg liquid to make it into diced eggs, and serve it out of the pot for later use;
  • 2. Pour 120g of soybean oil again, add 100g of garlic and 50g of bright red millet spicy;
  • 3. After stir-frying, add 800g of green pepper and stir-fry for 30 seconds, sprinkle in 14g of salt and stir-fry;
  • 4. Add 500g river shrimp, 70g fried river shrimp ingredients, and diced eggs and stir-fry evenly for 1 minute.
