- Pickled pepper seasoning (from Chengdu Shengen Biology)
Steps
- 1. Prepare 10 portions of rice noodles soup base: 3500g add 400g bean rice bone soup seasoning and 350g pickled pepper seasoning to boiling water, stir well and set aside;
- 2. Add 420g rice noodles and soup base to boil in the milk pot, add 70g small citrus cabbage and bring to a boil;
- 3. Add 120g of fish fillets to boil and cook for 2 minutes, pour into a red base pot;
- 4. Cook 250g of wet rice noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes and 30 seconds, pour it into a red base pot for production.
