Ingredients

  • Potato (yellow heart)

  • Soybean oil
  • Garlic
  • Dried red pepper
  • Soaked millet spicy
  • Onion Slices

Steps

  • 1. Blanch 1800g of potato slices in boiling water until 70% cooked, and remove and set aside;
  • 2. Add 100g soybean oil, 30g garlic, 7g dried red pepper, 30g soak millet spicy and stir-fry to bring out the aroma;
  • 3. Add 1 bag of blanched potato slices and stir-fry for 2 minutes after cooking;
  • 4. Add the green onion slices and stir-fry evenly to produce.
