Homemade potato slices
Ingredients
- Potato (yellow heart)

- Soybean oil
- Garlic
- Dried red pepper
- Soaked millet spicy
- Onion Slices
Steps
- 1. Blanch 1800g of potato slices in boiling water until 70% cooked, and remove and set aside;
- 2. Add 100g soybean oil, 30g garlic, 7g dried red pepper, 30g soak millet spicy and stir-fry to bring out the aroma;
- 3. Add 1 bag of blanched potato slices and stir-fry for 2 minutes after cooking;
- 4. Add the green onion slices and stir-fry evenly to produce.
