Steps
- 1. Add 100g chicken oil, 80g cooked lard, 60g garlic, 60g ginger, 7g dried red pepper and stir-fry to bring out the aroma;
- 2. Add 200g of oil residue and stir-fry evenly;
- 3. Add 300g water, 5g salt, 1 bag of stir-fry base material, 2200g cabbage, and stew it and cook it with flavor.
