- Pineapple
- Fruit-flavored sweet and sour sauce (from Sichuan Xinyaxuan, Chengdu Shengen)
Steps
- 1. Put 1200g of cucumber into 170℃ oil, fry until the surface is slightly yellow, and leave the pot to set aside;
- 2. Add 80g of soybean oil in the middle of the wok, boil 500g of fruity sweet and sour sauce, add 600g of pineapple pieces and stir-fry until the center of the pineapple is completely heated;
