Ingredients
- Handmade noodles (Hefei Wushan, Jinzhai Xianhui, Shaanxi Jinsha River)
- Garlic
- Cooked lard
- Straw mushroom soybeans
Steps
- 1. Preparation of base soup: Add 3500g of water to the stainless steel bucket, boil the water and add 150g cooked lard, 30g salt, 50g chicken essence, and 10g dark soy sauce and stir evenly, boil again and turn to 80℃ to keep warm and set aside;
- 2. Take 15g of green garlic flowers in a noodle bowl, pour 350g of base soup, put 110g of hang noodles into the noodle basket and cook for 4 minutes, remove and drain and pour into the bowl.
