- Lettuce
- Soybean oil
- Cooked lard
- Bright red millet spicy
- Garlic
- Steamed fish soy sauce

- Chicken Essence

Steps
- 1. Add 70g soybean oil, 40g cooked lard, 30g garlic, 20g bright red millet spicy, stir-fry to bring out the aroma;
- 2. Add 1800g lettuce, 18g steamed fish soy sauce, 9g chicken essence, 9g salt, 2g white sugar, and stir-fry over high heat for 3 minutes to produce.
