- Roasted duck base (chili pepper, broad bean kernel, salt, soybean oil, etc.) (from Sichuan Xinyaxuan)

Steps
- 1. Preparation of base soup: 500g roast duck base, 2500g boiled water, stir and melt, boil for 3 minutes and set aside;
- 2. Take 50g mung bean sprouts and 50g thousand shreds and put them in boiling water for 2 minutes, drain and pour into tableware, then add 20g minced garlic and 30g macadamia red oil;
- 3. Pour 300g base soup and 300g roast duck cubes into the pot. After cooking for 4 minutes, pour over mung bean sprouts and shredded shreds, and sprinkle 3g white sesame seeds, 2g chopped green onion and 2g coriander.
