Salt-baked chicken in casserole
## Raw Materials:
- Salted chicken (from Wenshi Jiawei Food in Nanxun, Huzhou)
- onion
- Soybean oil
- Ginger Silk
Steps
:- 1. Fry 10 parts of ginger oil: 100g soybean oil and cook until 180℃, add 30g minced ginger, stir-fry and set aside;
- 2. Spread 20g of shredded onion flat on the bottom of the casserole, add 150g of cut salted chicken, pour 25g of ginger oil, and bring to a boil before producing.
