Scrambled eggs with chopped pepper and fungus

Steps
- 1. 10 parts mixed egg liquid: 800g egg liquid, 50g chopped pepper, 6g salt;
- 2. Add 170g rapeseed oil and 10 mixed egg liquid, stir-fry into egg slices, and set aside;
- 3. Add 80g rapeseed oil, 800g fungus, 60g garlic, 6g salt, and 6g chicken essence, and stir-fry over high heat for 1 minute and 10 seconds;
- 4. Finally add egg slices and 60g green onion slices, stir-fry over high heat and produce for 30 seconds.
