Scrambled eggs with shredded lettuce

Steps
- 1. Pour 200g of soybean oil into a pot and heat it up. Fry 600g of egg liquid into egg slices, and put it out of the pot and set it aside;
- 2. Add 50g soybean oil, 1300g shredded lettuce, 15g salt, and 10g chicken essence into the pot, stir-fry over high heat until the shredded lettuce is broken;
- 3. Add egg slices and stir-fry evenly to produce.
