Steps
- 1. Prepare the noodle soup base (5 servings): Fry 250g tomato slices with 100g soybean oil to make the skin shrink; add 2800g water, 140g soup ingredients, 100g thousand shredded shredded pork, 400g snow vegetable and pork shredded pork, 75g stir-fry base ingredients to boil over high heat and cook for 2 minutes, set aside;
- 2. Cook 275g of hand-rolled noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes;
- 3. Scoop 650g of noodles soup base in a noodle bowl, add the cooked noodles, and sprinkle 3g of scallion to produce.
