Ingredients

  • Dice carrots
  • Hot dry noodles compound seasoning powder (pepper, chicken essence, sodium glutamate, white sugar)
  • Hot dry noodle sauce (brewed soy sauce, brewed aged vinegar, white sugar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, etc.) (Wuhan Jinxiang Garden)
  • Sesame paste

Steps

  • 1. Pour 1 hot dry noodles into the noodle basket, blanch the boiling water for 6 to 7 seconds, and shake slightly in the water;
  • 2. Control the hot noodles for 2-3 seconds;
