- Hot dry noodles compound seasoning powder (pepper, chicken essence, sodium glutamate, white sugar)
- Hot dry noodle sauce (brewed soy sauce, brewed aged vinegar, white sugar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, etc.) (Wuhan Jinxiang Garden)
- Sesame paste
Steps
- 1. Pour 1 hot dry noodles into the noodle basket, blanch the boiling water for 6 to 7 seconds, and shake slightly in the water;
- 2. Control the hot noodles for 2-3 seconds;
- 3. Put the scalded noodles into a bowl, add 5g diced carrots, 3.5g hot dry noodles compound seasoning powder, 25g boiled noodles water, 13g hot dry noodles sauce, and 17g diluted sesame paste (sesame paste: soybean oil = 1:1).
