Steps
- 1. Add 200g soybean oil, 100g garlic, 7g dried red pepper, and 50g chopped pepper to stir-fry to bring out the aroma;
- 2. Add 1400g of soaked kelp silk, 10g salt, 10g chicken essence, 50g light soy sauce, 40g aged vinegar, and stir-fry over high heat for 2 minutes to produce.
