Spicy and sour potato shredded
Ingredients
- Potato (yellow heart)
- Soybean oil
- Dried red pepper
- Salt
- Chicken Essence
- White vinegar
Steps
- 1. Blanch 1800g of shredded potatoes in boiling water for 15 seconds, remove and set aside;
- 2. Add 160g of soybean oil and 10g of dried red pepper, add the blanched shredded potatoes and fry for 1 minute;
- 3. Add 18g salt and 10g chicken essence and fry for 1 minute and 30 seconds;
- 4. Add 22g of white vinegar and stir-fry evenly to produce.
