Ingredients

  • Potato (yellow heart)
  • Soybean oil
  • Dried red pepper
  • Salt
  • Chicken Essence
  • White vinegar

Steps

  • 1. Blanch 1800g of shredded potatoes in boiling water for 15 seconds, remove and set aside;
  • 2. Add 160g of soybean oil and 10g of dried red pepper, add the blanched shredded potatoes and fry for 1 minute;
  • 3. Add 18g salt and 10g chicken essence and fry for 1 minute and 30 seconds;
  • 4. Add 22g of white vinegar and stir-fry evenly to produce.
