Steps
- 1. Soup base preparation: Add 150g beef noodle soup, 20g ginger slices, 10g shallots, 5000g water to boil and cook for 20 minutes, remove the residue and set aside;
- 2. Bring the spicy beef to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for 5 minutes;
- 3. Put 220g of hand-rolled noodles and 3 green vegetables in boiling water and cook for 2 minutes;
