Ingredients
- Taro cubes (Lipu taro)
- Conditioning ribs (pork ribs, soybean oil, egg white, corn starch, soy sauce, cooking wine, white pepper, etc.) (made in the central kitchen of Laoxiang Chicken, the detailed ingredients and ratios are not officially announced, please adjust them according to your personal taste)
- Seasoning powder (from Yiyang Shilin Food)
- Cooked lard
Steps
- 1. Prepare seasoning water (3 portions): Mix 300g hot water, 13g seasoning powder and 9g cooked lard evenly;
- 2. Take 100g taro cubes and put them in tableware, and spread 80g of the conditioned ribs evenly on the taro cubes;
- 3. Add 80g seasoning water until the taro cubes are gone;
- 4. After steaming the steamer, steam it for 18 minutes and produce it.
