Steps
- 1. Prepare tomato base soup (8 servings): Add 500g tomato soup paste to 3000g boiling water, stir well and set aside;
- 2. Cook 110g of handmade noodles in boiling water for 4 minutes, add 25g of green vegetables and blanch for 30 seconds;
- 3. Scoop 400g of tomato base soup from a noodle bowl and add the cooked noodles;
