Steps
- 1. Use 2g of salt for every 1 chicken to rub the chicken's skin evenly, and refrigerate for 20 minutes after treatment;
- 2. Add 1 chicken, 75g chicken oil, 5500g Nongfu Spring Water to the pot and simmer for 20 minutes (according to the size of the chicken, the seasonings should be moderately increased or decreased);
- 3. Take out the Feixi old hen and cool it to room temperature, and chop it into 1.0cm×2.0cm×3.0cm;
- 4. Put the chopped chicken pieces into the soup, add 35g of salt and simmer for 15 minutes;
- 5. Remove the foam before production.

- 将肥西老母鸡捞出后冷却至常温,剁成 1.0cm×2.0cm×3.0cm 的块状;
- 剁好的鸡块放入汤中,加入 35g 盐炖煮 15 分钟;
- 出品前捞去浮沫。
