Ingredients
- Soybean oil

- River shrimp
- Fried river shrimp ingredients (shallow soy sauce, steamed fish soy sauce, chicken essence, white pepper, oyster sauce, etc.) (Mix evenly in the central kitchen of Laoxiang chicken, the detailed ingredients and ratios are not officially announced, please adjust the appropriate amount according to your personal taste)
Steps
- 1. Pour 120g of soybean oil into the pot and heat it to 160℃, fry 500g of egg liquid to make it into diced eggs, and serve it out of the pot for later use;
- 2. Pour 120g of soybean oil again, add 100g of garlic and 50g of bright red millet spicy;
- 3. After stir-frying, add 800g of green pepper and stir-fry for 30 seconds, sprinkle in 14g of salt and stir-fry;
- 4. Add 500g river shrimp, 70g fried river shrimp ingredients, and diced eggs and stir-fry evenly for 1 minute.
