Steps
- 1. Add 180g of soybean oil to the pot and stir-fry 60g of garlic;
- 2. Add 500g shredded pork and stir-fry until it changes color;
- 3. Add 300g black fungus shredded carrots, 70g seasoning, 10g dark soy sauce, 500g celery segments, stir fry until colored;
