Pineapple cucumber

Ingredients



  • Guerre (Chicken) (from Zhengda Bufeng Food Anhui)

  • Soybean oil

  • Pineapple

  • Fruit-flavored sweet and sour sauce (from Sichuan Xinyaxuan, Chengdu Shengen)



Steps



  • 1. Put 1200g of cucumber into 170℃ oil, fry until the surface is slightly yellow, and leave the pot to set aside;

  • 2. Add 80g of soybean oil in the middle of the wok, boil 500g of fruity sweet and sour sauce, add 600g of pineapple pieces and stir-fry until the center of the pineapple is completely heated;

  • 3. Add the fried gourd meat and fry until the gourd meat is evenly coated with fruity sweet and sour sauce.

步骤

  3. 下入炸好的咕咾肉,炒至咕咾肉均匀裹上果味糖醋酱。
