Scrambled eggs with tomatoes

## Raw materials:
- egg
- tomato
- Soybean oil
- Salt
- Chicken Essence
- Corn starch
Steps
:- 1. Add 200g soybean oil and 575g egg liquid, scramble into egg slices, and set aside;
- 2. Add 50g soybean oil, 1800g tomato pieces, 8g salt, 8g chicken essence, and stir-fry over high heat;
- 3. Add egg slices and 24g of water starch and stir-fry evenly.
