Steps



  • 1. Take 2100g of spinach sections and place them in boiling water and blanch them for 30 seconds;

  • 2. Add 150g soybean oil, 50g cooked lard, and 60g garlic to stir-fry to bring out the aroma;

  • 3. Add the hot spinach segments, 20g salt, and 12g chicken essence, stir-fry over high heat and evenly before producing.
