- Soybean oil
- Cooked lard
- Garlic

Steps
- 1. Add 50g soybean oil, 100g cooked lard, 70g garlic and stir-fry to bring out the aroma;
- 2. Add 1700g spring vegetables, 12g salt, 12g chicken essence, 4g white sugar, 100g water, and stir-fry over high heat to produce.
