## Raw materials


  • Chuncai

  • Soybean oil

  • Cooked lard

  • Garlic

  • Salt

  • Chicken Essence

  • White sugar



Steps



  • 1. Add 50g soybean oil, 100g cooked lard, 70g garlic and stir-fry to bring out the aroma;

  • 2. Add 1700g spring vegetables, 12g salt, 12g chicken essence, 4g white sugar, 100g water, and stir-fry over high heat to produce.
