- Little choy cabbage
- Peeled Basa fish slices
- Jintang (from Chengdu Shengen Biology, Sichuan Minfuji, Guangdong Delicious Source)

Steps
- 1. Preparation of base soup (10 servings): Add 240g of Jin Tang to 1700g boiled water, stir well and set aside;
- 2. 150g peeled basa fish fillets and blanch them in boiling water until the fish turns white, and take a shower and set aside;
- 3. Add 100g of chorizo cabbage, hot fish fillets and 180g base soup to the tableware. After steaming the cabinet, steam it for 7 minutes;
- 4. When producing, pour 15g of spicy oil and sprinkle 1g of scallion to decorate.

- 150g 去皮巴沙鱼片下入沸水中汆烫至鱼肉变白,冲凉备用;
- 餐具中加入 100g 小叶酸菜、烫制鱼片和 180g 底汤,蒸柜上汽后,蒸制 7 分钟;
- 出品时浇淋 15g 糊辣油并撒 1g 葱花点缀。
