Ingredients



  • Baby cabbage

  • tomato

  • Enoki mushroom

  • fungus

  • Green vegetables

  • Bean Rice Bone Soup Seasoning (from Zhejiang Jinwei Biology)



Steps



  • 1. Prepare 10 portions of base soup: Add 400g bean rice bone soup seasoning to 3100g boiling water, stir well and set aside;

  • 2. Take 350g of base soup and add it to a boil in a milk pot;

  • 3. Add 120g baby cabbage, 80g tomato slices, 50g enoki mushrooms, 50g fungus, 50g green vegetables and cook for 2 minutes.

  3. 下入 120g 娃娃菜、80g 西红柿片、50g 金针菇、50g 木耳、50g 青菜煮 2 分钟出品。
