Ingredients
- Roast Duck (from Sichuan Xinyaxuan)
- Maocaihong oil (soybean oil, chili, sesame, Pixian beanban, etc.) (from Sichuan Xinyaxuan)
- Roasted duck base (chili pepper, broad bean kernel, salt, soybean oil, etc.) (from Sichuan Xinyaxuan)

Steps
- 1. Preparation of base soup: 500g roast duck base, 2500g boiled water, stir and melt, boil for 3 minutes and set aside;
- 2. Take 50g mung bean sprouts and 50g thousand shreds and put them in boiling water for 2 minutes, drain and pour into tableware, then add 20g minced garlic and 30g macadamia red oil;
- 3. Pour 300g base soup and 300g roast duck cubes into the pot. After cooking for 4 minutes, pour over mung bean sprouts and shredded shreds, and sprinkle 3g white sesame seeds, 2g chopped green onion and 2g coriander.

步骤
- 底汤调配: 500g 冒烤鸭底料、2500g 白开水,搅拌融化后,熬煮 3 分钟备用;
- 取 50g 绿豆芽、50g 千张丝下入沸水中汆烫 2 分钟,沥水后倒入餐具中,再加入 20g 蒜末和 30g 冒菜红油;
- 锅中倒入 300g 底汤、300g 烤鸭块,煮 4 分钟后,倒在绿豆芽和千张丝上,出品撒 3g 白芝麻、2g 葱花和 2g 香菜点缀。
