Hi Hi Pot (Tomato Fat Beef Pot)

Ingredients



  • Baby cabbage

  • Fatty beef roll

  • tomato

  • Enoki mushroom

  • fungus

  • Green vegetables

  • Tomato Soup Paste (from Chengdu Shengen Biology)



Steps



  • 1. Prepare 7 parts tomato soup base: Add 500g tomato soup paste to 2500g boiling water, stir well and set aside;

  • 2. Take 400g of tomato soup base and pour it into a milk pot to bring to a boil;

  • 3. Add 120g baby cabbage, 50g enoki mushrooms, 50g fungus, and 50g green vegetables and cook for 1 minute;

  • 4. Finally add 100g fat beef rolls and cook for 1 minute.

  4. 最后下入 100g 肥牛卷煮 1 分钟出品。
