Ingredients
- Semi-dry noodles (Shanghai birthday celebration)
- Mixed noodle scallion oil (soybean oil, shallots, scallions, onions, etc.) (Zhejiang Today)
- Noodle sauce (brewed soy sauce, soybeans, salt, wheat, white sugar, sweet noodle sauce, etc.) (Zhejiang Jinwei)

Steps
- 1. Scoop 20g of flour flour, scallion oil and 15g of flour flour sauce into a noodle bowl;
- 2. Pour 150g of semi-dry noodles into the noodle basket and cook for about 3 minutes;
