Steps
- Blanch spinach: Take 1330g of spinach, blanch it in boiling water for 60 seconds, wash it off, squeeze the water dry, cut it into pieces, and set aside;
- Add 6g salt, 6g chicken essence, 3g white sugar, 10g red pepper, 30g sesame oil, and 20g soybean oil to the prepared spinach section and 20g shredded egg skin, and mix well to produce.
