Ingredients
- Brine
- Braised oil (soybean oil, pepper, chili pepper, ginger, etc.) (The same braised ingredients come from Chengdu Shengen, Sichuan Xinyaxuan, Sichuan Jiajia Baiwei)
- Braised chicken feet (chicken feet) (Marinated, blanched, braised, and quick-frozen in the central kitchen. The detailed ingredients, ratios and steps are not announced by Laoxiang chicken. Please adjust the appropriate amount according to your personal taste)
Steps
- 1. Put 5000g water, 500g halogen and 500g halogen oil into the stainless steel drum. After boiling over high heat, remove the slag and set aside;
- 2. Put the thawed braised chicken feet into the braised soup, bring to a boil over high heat and turn to low heat for 5 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

步骤
