Ingredients
- Brine

- Chicken Wing Root
Steps
- 1. Blanch the thawed chicken wings and remove them for later use;
- 2. Put 5000g water, 500g halogen and 500g halogen oil into the stainless steel drum. After boiling over high heat, remove the slag and set aside;
