Ingredients
- Bobo Chicken Red Oil (Citrine Oil, Chili Oil, Chili, etc.)
- Bobo Chicken Soup (bobo Chicken Red Oil comes from Chengdu Shengen)

Steps
- 1. Bobo Chicken Soup Base: Add 2000g of water to the pot, add 320g Bobo Chicken Soup Base, 450g Bobo Chicken Red Oil, 60g white sesame seeds, stir well and set aside;
- 2. Blanch the thawed 10 skewers of chicken skewers for 1 minute and 30 seconds;
- 3. Soak the skewers in the base of Bobo Chicken Soup, bring to a boil over low heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
