## Raw materials:
- pawpaw
- Rock Candy
- Tangerine peel
- Osmanthus fragrans
Steps
:- Prepare 1.10 parts of sugar water: Add 750g water and 125g rock sugar to a boil over high heat and turn to low heat for 5 minutes, set aside;
- 2. Spread 8g of dried tangerine peel on the bottom of the casserole, add 160g papaya pieces, add 50g sugar water, bring to a boil, cook for 3 minutes, and decorate with osmanthus.
