Steps




  • 1. Use 2g of salt to rub the chicken's skin evenly and refrigerate for 20 minutes;

  • 2. Add 16g salt, 60g chicken oil, 2500g water for every 500g of old hen, simmer for 60 minutes;

  • 3. Add 350g old chicken soup, 50g tomato slices, and 25g black fungus to the casserole and boil it, then add 16 mustard greens and fresh meat wontons and cook it, add 20g of green vegetables and cook it.
