Shiitake mushroom chicken noodle soup

Ingredients




  • Handmade noodle

Steps




  • 1. Use 2g of salt to rub the chicken's skin evenly and refrigerate for 20 minutes;

  • 2. Add 16g salt, 60g chicken oil, 2500g water for every 500g of old hen, simmer for 60 minutes;

  • 3. Cook 110g of noodles in boiling water for 4 minutes;
