Shredded pork noodles with snow vegetable

Ingredients




  • Hand-rolled noodles

  • Shredded pork with snow vegetable (yellow snow vegetable, back seat meat, millet spicy, red pepper, salt, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, etc.)

Steps




  • 1. Prepare the noodle soup base (5 servings): Fry 250g tomato slices with 100g soybean oil to make the skin shrink; add 2800g water, 140g soup ingredients, 100g thousand shredded shredded pork, 400g snow vegetable and pork shredded pork, 75g stir-fry base ingredients to boil over high heat and cook for 2 minutes, set aside;
